How do I place an overnight order?
You can order overnight by going to the 2MM store, place the items you would like to purchase in your cart and select 'fedex overnight' as your shipping option.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by emailing us at orders@2mminutes.com and we will assist you.
Billing Information
How will I find my purchase on my Credit Card?
You will find your purchase on your credit card under "TWOMILLIONM" which is the title of the documentary or "BROKENPENCI" which is the name of our global education production company.
Why is my Credit Card being rejected?
If you are placing an order with an institution issued credit card, we find that there is usually some discrepancy in the information, therefore the company that issues the card will not allow a purchase to be made. If you can not place your order please email us at support@2mminutes.com and we will be happy to help you.

If you intend to use a Purchase Order, please email all purchase orders to orders@2mminutes.com. We will process your order, ship it to you and payment is due within 30 days of receipt

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped using USPS first class mail. Orders are shipped within 1 business day.
How long does it take for the orders to arrive?
There is a recommended 10 day shipping period. If your order has not arrived in this amount of time, please notify our support team at support@2mminutes.com.
How do I get a receipt of payment?
If you place your order online and provide your email address, a receipt will be sent to you with in minutes of your purchase.
Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, there is a place in the ordering process where you can give shipping information.
Film Facts
I want to schedule a screening or interview with the Producer/Director, how do I do this?
All public relations activities related to our films go through our PR firm. Please email us at support@2mminutes.com and we will forward these requests.
