Where do I find your W-9 form?

To download our completed W-9 form, please click on "Stop By My Store." Just above the lists of DVD's you will see a link called "W-9 Form." Click on that link to download our completed W-9. If you have questions you may contact us at 218-631-6284.

Where do I find your DVD Purchase Order Form?

To download a purchase order form, please click on "Stop By My Store." Just above the lists of DVD's you will see a link called "Purchase Order Form." Download the form, fill it out, scan it and email it to: orders@2mminutes.com. We will process your order, ship it to you and payment is due within 30 days of receipt. How do I check the status of my order?

Billing Information

How will I find my purchase on my Credit Card?

You will find your purchase on your credit card under "TWOMILLIONM" which is the title of the documentary or "BROKENPENCI" which is the name of our global education production company. If you have questions you may contact us at 218-631-6284.

Why is my Credit Card being rejected?

If you are placing an order with an institution issued credit card, we find that there is usually some discrepancy in the information, therefore the company that issues the card will not allow a purchase to be made. Shipping & Handling Information

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped using USPS first class mail. Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If you have questions you may contact us at 218-631-6284.

How long does it take for the orders to arrive?

There is a recommended 10 day shipping period for orders shipped within the United States. If your US order has not arrived in this amount of time, you may notify our support team at support@2mminutes.com or at 218-631-6284. Delivery time for orders outside of the US will vary by country.

How do I get a receipt of payment?

If you place your order online and provide your email address, a receipt will be sent to you with in minutes of your purchase. If you have questions you may contact us at 218-631-6284.

Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?

Film Facts

I want to schedule a screening or interview with the Producer/Director, how do I do this?
